Data we process

  • Account and profile data (e.g., email, name, username).
  • Service usage data (e.g., actions taken in the app, basic logs for security).
  • Location data (if provided by you, and/or approximate location derived from IP for basic localization).
  • Payment-related data is processed via payment providers (e.g., Stripe) for checkout and payouts.

Purposes

  • Provide authentication and account access (e.g., via Clerk).
  • Provide marketplace functionality (profiles, bookings, payments).
  • Security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
  • Optional analytics/advertising only where you have consented (see Cookies).

If you access Infinisimo via a referral link, we may store a first-party referral attribution cookie to preserve referral eligibility across redirects and sessions. Current retention is up to 15 days, subject to policy updates.

With your advertising consent, Meta receives information about page visits and completed provider registrations, including page addresses, browser and device information, IP address and advertising identifiers. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences.

Account deletion

To delete your Infinisimo account, sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.

If you cannot access your account, email support@infinisimo.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion of your Infinisimo account and associated data. Historical booking, order, invoice, and payment records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your location, including where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent for optional processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
